All applications can be sent to bpm@bodnerproperties.com  (subject line with your last name and what property) or they can be given to the onsite caretaker.

Please include the following:

• Most recent months worth of paystubs (i.e. bi weekly two checks, weekly four checks)
• Application deposit (equal to Security Deposit) in the form of a cashiers check or money order
